Throughout her career, Ms. Graver has seen software and organizational development at various stages of achievement; and through her experience and expertise in Agile software development practices, she knows what it takes to transform an organization into being the best that it can be! As the MCSC Agile Champion, she trained over 400 DoD personnel, and provided Agile coaching to MCSC acquisition programs ranging in size from ACAT I to ACAT IV. Mrs. Graver served as the Marine Corps representative on the Department of the Navy’s (DoN) Software Engineering Community of Practice and contributed to the updated DoN Guidebook for Acquisition of Naval Software Intensive Systems which includes Agile practices. Ms. Graver is a founding member of the Software Engineering Institute’s Agile Collaboration Group. She is also a member of the NDIA Systems Engineering Agile Working Group.
Ms. Carmen Graver, President of Graver Agile Innovations, holds a Master of Science in Software Engineering from the University of Maryland University College and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from Northwestern State University. Ms. Graver began her engineering career in the commercial sector, and then expanded to the government sector. She has experience with organizations such as Nextel Communications, Cap Gemini Ernst & Young, MTS Technologies, SRA International, MTCSC, and Marine Corps Systems Command (MCSC). Ms. Graver has held the positions of Program Manager, Senior Consultant, Senior Systems Engineer, Software Engineering Lead, and Lead Systems Engineer.
